Soothes Mother and Child Prepares you physically, emotionally and spiritually for labor and delivery.
Class runs for 6 weeks. First week receive a reiki session. The following weeks are to teach you and your spouce how to administer reiki so that you can use it durning your pregancy and labor, and afterwards on your child.
Chakra Classes
This is an intense workshop dedicated to our chakra system. Learn what each chakra does. Learn how to keep your chakras open, so that you may live a healither life. The Class will begin in October will run for 8 weeks. We will ask you to wear the color of the chakra that we are discussing. During pregnancy, tests recently conducted at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut showed that Reiki used during pregnancy reduced anxiety by 94 percent, nausea by 80 percent, pain by 78 percent and improved sleep by 86 percent.
